Iv had a few instructors over the years but only Rhys actually got me, and would be honest with me (even if it was about me putting him in a corner from my speeding!) all jokes aside, best instructor by far!! He was very patient and always believed in me when I was self doubtful. If there was anything I struggled with he would give me demonstrations which really helped me see how things are done properly. He made lessons fun and enjoyable too!

Now on the other side, I've seen how helpful and convenient it is to be able to jump in the car and go!

Best driving instructor I've ever had.

I'd been driving for over a year, with my test being constantly rescheduled due to Covid, and I thought there wasn't much else I could do or improve before my test. This was completely wrong! Rhys is able to tailor each lesson to your specific needs, no matter how experienced of a driver you are. He is really friendly, relaxed, and doesn't stress you out at all. He gives praise where it's due, and will put time and effort into making sure you understand something (he's extremely patient)!

I honestly can't fault him, and can't recommend him enough!

Rhys Cripps is very thorough and individualized in his approach to teach and goes the extra mile to improve your driving skills. Few days before my test we even reviewed the driving footage from the front camera of the car to correct my mistake which helped me a lot. I had Rhys Cripps as my instructor my lessons in and around Stevenage. Right from the first lesson i felt very comfortable and relaxed while we discussed what i was capable and comfortable with and i showed my current abilities. After a few lessons i could already see my driving improving and with one lesson a week in the lovely 19 plate golf for 3 months i felt ready for my test.

Test day was brilliant, i felt really at ease Rhys let me decide what i was going to do in the hour before my test, i wanted to practice my parallel park a couple of times and that was it. Rhys was thorough, precise and enjoyable.

I passed with 4 minors and i cannot thank Rhys and Bill Plant enough. Would and will reccomend to anyone that needs an instructor.

My driving learning experience has been fantastic, thanks to the driving instructor I had, Rhys! His teaching and instruction-giving was always insightful and guided me to driving in the safest way possible.
